Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program

Phoenix has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26. In order to bid on federally funded transit procurements in FY 2024, Phoenix must comply with 49 CFR § 26.49. Phoenix’s FY 2024 DBE participation goal is 1.49%. The proposed goal and rationale are available for public inspection during business hours at Phoenix’s offices located at 1 Whitlee Court, Greenville, SC 29607. Phoenix and the Department of Transportation will accept comments in response to this publication. Phoenix’s DBE goal may be adjusted depending on comments received.
